I want to share my experience with all of you being a vegan bodybuilder .It was not easy
but not impossible either. My first thought it was for animals , because I love all of them .
I' m a rescuer of two beautiful doggies from the shelter , so sometimes I do not found a difference
between dogs and pigs , cows , horses , goats . they are all living beings !! I do not want to change your
mind , but is cruel to think and see how animals die to transform themselves into a man 's food . So it was a process , trying to think about it , sometimes afraid to lose muscle ,But thinking about being healthy too , you know a lot of hormones coming into the beef , chicken , turkey , etc.
The first thing i changed it was the meat , all of them , beef , chicken , turkey , fish . And then the eggs and finally the dairy , little by little .
Today I feel so well , is more than a year being a vegan Bodybuilder , and the muscle still there , the same training , same motivation , cooking is well too . I hope this post can help sameone to become a vegan I was afraid , but the change was one the best decision in my whole life .
